Return Policy
At Anointed One, we are already family! Customer Service is a top priority! We want you to be so very happy with your order, and so we have set these guidelines in place to help you should a product not meet expectation.
Please read our guidelines below, and reach out to us so we can correct any situation that arises.
Anointed One stands by its high quality products. If a customer is dissatisfied with a product, they will be issued a refund, replacement or in-store credit, decided upon by Anointed One.
To qualify for a refund, the customer must contact Anointed One @ theanointedonelife@gmail.com, or with the contact form on this site within 14 days of receiving the products.
Customer may be asked to return damaged or unwanted product within three days of contacting Anointed One about the issue.
Customer can expect their form of compensation to take effect once returned product is received.
If products are received damaged or broken, replacements will be sent out as soon as replacement products are available, depending upon the limited edition of the product. If no replacement product is available within 2 weeks, a refund or credit will be issued.
Clothing Returns are not available for sizing issues, but exchanges may be possible with the cost of shipping paid by the customer. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition. Please see sizing charts for accurate sizing. Our Bella canvas shirts are more fitted, so if you’re looking for a looser fit, go up a size. These are still very true to size but are a fitted style. The Comfort colors are a looser fit but are true to size.
Returns are not accepted for opened products or for scent preference. If you’re concerned about the scent, please see our sample options.
